Ghost-Maker and the 'Grinners' necessitate to the streets in Batman #102 preview

Now that 'The Joker State of war' has concluded, the Dark Knight is about to face a current challenge as his relationship with Gotham continues to evolve, and this preview of November 3's Batman #102 showcases one of the new characters joining the scene – Ghost-Creator.

As for who Ghost-Maker is, the mystery is part of the story – only according to District of Columbia, helium's got ties to Bruce Wayne's distant past, in his teen years. In Ghost-Creator's first appearance, he mentions that He and David Bruce had connatural teachers and that they would constitute ashamed of what Batman has get on. Batman has had many teachers over the years – but given Ghost-Maker's enjoyment of swords, there could be a connection to Batman's expectant scourge Ra's al-Ghul.

This preview of midland pages by Carlo Pagulayan and Danny Miki offers a new coup d'oeil of Ghost-Divine, and focuses on Batman winning down a gang of clown-like thugs who call themselves 'Grinners.'

"Bruce Wayne and the urban center he loves have changed dramatically following the events of 'The Joker War,' but Batman and his mission are eternal. But non everyone thinks that should atomic number 4 the case," reads DC's formalised description of Batman #102. "The incomprehensible vigilante identified as Ghost-Maker has known Bruce since they were teenagers, and he's made his decisiveness. It's fourth dimension Gotham City had a new hero."

'The Turkey War' shook Batman's mythos to the essence and introduced a host of young characters including Joker's newest henchwoman Punchline, the vicious, immature vigilance man Clownhunter, and more – aboard, course, delivery the Antic Prince of Crime game into focus for writer James Tynion IV's run.
